Shipping & Returns
Orders under $5 in value & small, flat items, add $3 Shipping & Handling (will ship by U.S. Mail).
All Other orders will be shipped via UPS with the charges shown when placing the order.
We also ship via US mail, "If it fits, it ships". If your order qualifies for reduced shipping, we automatically credit the difference.

Sorry, no returns on digital media, special order or opened clothing items.
Refunds may be denied subject to inspection of returned items.
We can not accept returns of any item(s) after 30 days of your receipt.
If product(s) is damaged in shipment, retain all packing material for the claim inspector, plus damaged product(s).
Send photo of damage for us to start the claim to email@example.com, include the invoice number in the subject line.
ALL refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
PRIOR TO SHIPPING AN ITEM BACK a “Product Return” form must be completed on our website at Click Here.
You will then receive a RMA number. This number is to be written on outside of box.
Item(s) returned for refund are returned at the expense of the customer and must include insurance.
Customer’s failure to insure will be the customer’s loss if the item(s) is damaged in return shipment.
We ask that you send a copy of your receipt and note why you are returning the item.
Your entire order may not have been in stock at time of shipment.
Those items are indicated as to be shipped as soon as possible.
Your credit card will be charged for item(s) & shipping charges at time of shipment.
Please call or email if you wish to cancel any backorder or it will ship as soon as it comes in.
If you don't receive your backorder in a “reasonable” amount of time, please call or email us to assure it wasn’t lost in transit.

If NOT noted on your invoice that item is out of stock and will not be available, you must notify us within
one week of receipt of shipment of any shortage. Use care when unpacking your merchandise.
Make sure that you open any small boxes & unwrap all packaging materials.
Many small item(s) are wrapped individually or put in small bag(s) and or envelope(s).
